We just got back from our Seabrook vacation. What a great home to stay in! The kids loved having their own room to play in. We used the firepit, the grill, the hot tub, and every one of the televisions! Everything in the house was superior grade, including the pots and pans, the tall dining room table, the beds, the bathrooms, and the hot tub. The towels were the biggest and thickest I've ever used. We just got home from a wonderful 3 night stay at the Sand Dollar Cottage. Two families shared this house and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic! We felt like we had stepped into a magazine. The entire house was decorated beautifully and was well equipped with just about anything you might need. I have to say, the covered front porch on this house was my favorite place, we would sit on the comfy chairs and watch the kids riding their bikes up and down the street. The Seabrook staff was also quite gracious and answered all of our questions about the area and about future rental opportunities! We were very impressed and will definitely be back.

We were so plesantly surprised by how lovely both the cottage and the entire Seabrook community were. We have stayed up and down the coast from Southern Oregon to Port Angeles and have never stayed in an area that was so nice, quaint or higher quality. It was so nice to be able to let my two twelve year old girls jump on the complimentary bikes and safely ride through the paved community. We enjoyed the thoughtful details throughout the cottage, the beautiful linens and very comfortable beds. The community fire pit is right outside the front door, and the newly created Elk Creek path to the beach was nearly right outside our back door. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

Incredible Location on the PARK. Beautiful. We could sit on the huge covered porch and watch the children play at the park. Marshmellows by the firepits, lounging in the hot tub, flying kites on the beach. Incredible. Will be back again real soon. We were fortunate enough to get Central Park this summer and actually came back twice to enjoy this fantastic home. Seabrook is a fantastic community. The community bikes (very cool thing), the firepits keep you warm while enjoying your wine, the hikes through woods and down to the beach are fantastic. We really enjoyed the little shop in Pacific Beach and the new coffee shop.
We are hoping the the Seabrook town Cafe will be open when we return and we can't wait to visit when the pool is complete. What a great addition to the Washington Coast.

We had a WONDERFUL time at Sea Bluff and have already booked it again next summer. We loved being able to walk to the beach in 10 minutes and have it practically to ourselves. Every morning, Tony and I would get up, have some coffee and go for an hour walk on the beach while the kids slept in. The weather was half sunny, half cloudy but I love the beach both ways being a California girl at heart. We had a fire on the beach two nights and toasted marshmallows and made s’mores. I even rallied the troops and we made a spectacular walled, moated, sandvillage ? We caught a couple of sand crabs and we put them in the moat, dubbing them ‘Sand Moat Monsters’! We LOVED Sea Bluff and the beach. The kids really enjoyed playing pool and the slot machine! Sea Bluff is lovely and we enjoyed it. It has so many nice amenities that we found that we really did not need to leave and go anywhere else. The kids brought lots of books and enjoyed riding the bright yellow bikes. It will be really nice when they have a little coffee shop and some retail stores to add to the entertainment. It looks like there are big plans for the future!

Our Family Beachhouse is heaven on earth. My husband and I stayed here recently with a 2 other families. We stayed in one of the "guest" rooms upstairs. This bedroom is much larger than many Master bedrooms I have seen. Children slept on the pull out sofa upstairs with ease. Plus, they had their own place to watch movies.
The decor is a wonderful mix of trend and comfort. We loved the adirondack chairs on the front porch whether it was to watch the kids play or drink a glass a wine in the evening. The final touches are what sets this property apart from the other properties that we have rented. Peace, proximity to the ocean, and ammenities that remind you of a fine hotel will keep you coming back. We cannot wait to return.

Pine Point is a delightful get-a-way. We recently brought our children and parents to experience Seabrook for the first time. All of our living was done outdoors and the children never asked once to watch TV. The park across the street is ideal for playing games and letting the kids romp. We stayed here in March 2007. Even though it rained the ENTIRE time...we felt relaxed in this beautiful home. Everything is top of the line...granite, tile, hardwoods, berber, dvd/tv & private bath in each bedroom. The ocean beach is a short 3 minute drive.
There is still a lot of construction left to do in this new town but...it should be a nice place to vacation for years to come.

This house, and the whole neighborhood, is beautiful! I had a wonderful time. I was amazed at the decor of this house. It is gorgeous! I truely felt right at home here, it is so different than any other place I have stayed. There were extra pillows, blankets, beach towels, towels for the dog, movies! The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. All you need to bring is clothes, food, and some shampoo. That was the only thing left out of this house. But other than that I was very pleased. I will definately be back!!

All the comforts of home and just a short walk from the ocean. For dog owners there is a basket of towels "for dog use only" upon entering the back door to wipe down your dogs dirty paws. The Lost Lobster is a great guest house that is situated just off the beach but close enough to still hear the waves at night. Seabrook is a unique neighborhood that is secluded from the Seattle/Portland corridor and still offers necessary amenities. The house itself is incredibly comfortable and is a great place to crash and relax. Not to mention, it is furnished and decorated with items that one might find in a fine hotel. I would recommend the Lost Lobster to anyone looking to get away to the beach for a few days, or longer.

My wife and I, and four other friends, stayed in Our Family Beach House in April. The house was in great condition and had very comfortable beds. Our group had a very fun time, and it was only a bonus that there were board games in the closet and a whole library of DVD's in the TV cabinet. Plus, firewood was provided, and a "welcome basket" which contained, among other things, marshmellows to use to roast at the community fire pits in the park. We had a very nice stay, and are looking forward to returning again in the future.

My daughter and I spent 3 wonderful nights at "Beach Time" during spring break 2007. This well appointed and spacious home was comfortable, well located, and had an excellent floor plan. We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, hot tub, beach bikes and the modern coastal decor. The town of Seabrook was fun to explore including the parks, play area, fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, trails, and the beautiful sandy beach, of course! It was a restful and very memorable getaway.
