DIRECTIONS
From I-5:  
  • Travel west following directions to Aberdeen/Hoquiam.
  • Once in Aberdeen/Hoquiam follow the signs to Hwy 101 North.
  • Leaving Hoquiam, WA for the beach, continue west on Sumner Avenue. (Highway 101 North)
  • After the “Public Market” and sharp road bend, merge into the middle lane prior to crossing the bridge and follow the sign to 101 North - Forks.
  • Exit the bridge with a sharp right - stay in the far right lane.
  • Continue north on Highway 101 toward Forks for 4.2 miles
  • Turn left onto Ocean Beach Road toward Pacific Beach / Moclips
  • Travel 20.2 miles west to 4-way stop sign of Pacific Beach / Moclips
  • Turn left onto SR 109 and travel South for 1 mile
  • Seabrook will be on your left!
Check-in procedure
You will need to visit the Cottage Rental Office to check in and receive the home key.  Office is open until 6:00pm nightly.  If you plan to arrive after 6:00pm please contact us at 877-779-9990 to make arrangements.
 
Every effort is made to have each home ready by check-in time, but no guarantee is made as to the exact time of occupancy.  Housekeeping and maintenance personnel must provide services between occupancies for each home in order to prepare the home for incoming guests.  Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, housekeeping and/or maintenance services may not be completed by your 4pm check-in time.  This situation rarely occurs, however, we apologize in advance if the is situation happens to you.
 
By entering your vacation rental home, you are accepting complete adherence to rules set forth in this document. (You will receive a copy of it via email.)
 
 Payment policies
Seabrook requires a deposit equal to the first night rent plus tax to hold a reservation.  This will be charged at the time reservation is made.  The credit card you provide will be used for remaining balance unless other arrangements are made. Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to reservation. Rates are subject to Washington State sales and lodging tax. All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without notice.
 
Cancellations/Refunds
Should the need arise to cancel your reservation prior to 21 days of your arrival, regardless of reason (including bad weather, illness, or economic factors) a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellations occur after the 21 days, you will forfeit the first night rental amount of the home plus tax.  No refunds are given if you cancel within 48 hrs of check in.
 
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or for leaving the home for mechanical failure of non-essential items. Management reserves the right to terminate your contract with no refund if any rules set forth have been ignored.
 
Cleaning fee:
Your home is stocked for your arrival with paper products including tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, laundry, and dish detergent. See amenities list for more details.
 
Please leave the home in the same general condition as it was when you arrived. Staff will arrive after your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect the home.
 
All food and drink spills should be cleaned up as they occur. Food and drink spills on carpet are considered to be damage, not normal wear and tear.
 
Refrigerator should be emptied of all food and free of spills. All used dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher on the wash cycle.
 
Additional housekeeping charges may also be applied in the occurrence of exceeding the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
Pet policy:
Due to owner's & guests allergies certain homes DO NOT allow pets...big or small. In all cases - ANIMALS BESIDES DOGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
 
"Pet friendly" homes are available by request, 2 pet maximum. A $50 or $75 non-refundable cleaning fee per pet is required to aid in the cleaning and treatment of the home for guests arriving without pets.
 
Should we discover a pet has been/is in the home without prior approval, you will be charged a fee for pest control, a deep clean, , usually amounting to $500. If you miss picking up after your pet, a $25 fee per incident is charged.
Smoking policy
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR HOMES

Keys
Keys are provided to each home. A $25 charge will apply if keys are lost

Color TV/DVD, Washer/Dryer, Silverware, Dishes/Cookware, Toaster/Microwave, Coffee Maker,  Kitchen Utensils, Bath Towels, Bed Linens, Blankets, Quilts/Shams/Pillows, Recycle Containers, Trash Bags, Iron/Ironing Board
 
*Some homes have CD Stereos, Flashlights, radios, clocks, games, movies and many more great amenities.
 
You'll want to bring the following items for your stay:
 
Food & Condiments, Baby equipment (unless provided by specific home), Personal Toiletries, Beach Equipment, Specialty
Cooking Items.
 
For any item you do not see listed or are not sure about, please email or call us and ask. If you are arriving after dark, we suggest you bring a flashlight.
General policies
Primary registered guest is responsible for any expenses incurred during the visit, including but not limited to loss and damages, accident or injury to person, or loss sustained while visiting the home. 
 
Occupancy for each home is strictly enforced and fines will be assessed for exceeding the number of allowed guests.
Parking is limited to a maximum of three cars per home.  Any vehicles parking in or blocking a fire lane will be towed.  No motor homes, trailers, campers, or boats are allowed.
 
Major holidays require a 3 night minimum stay.
 
Seabrook Cottage Rentals and homeowners disclaim all liability for injury, loss, or damage. Seabrook Cottage Rentals will be held harmless from claims arising out of use of home. Seabrook Cottage Rentals is an agent for the owner, not an owner nor a tenant. As agent, Seabrook Cottage Rentals has the authority to act in the best interest of the home owners in any and all situations. Each home is privately owned, including furnishings. Rules and regulations are on record with the owner as part of the Vacation Rental License criteria and to each adjoining property owner and residents. They are posted in the home. Please adhere to them at all times.
Other information
As we look forward to your time with us at Seabrook, we would like to remind you of construction taking place in our growing neighborhood. Construction activity has been scheduled during normal business hours and should not interfere with your enjoyment and relaxation during your time with us.
 
Seabrook homes are part of a residential neighborhood. They require complete sensitivity to full-time neighbors and residents.  Each home belongs to a loving family and they ask for your care and kindness.

What happens to my information when I communicate with SCR? When you send an email to SCR or visit the web site, you are communicating with us electronically. What do you do with my information?  Your information is used to process your reservations on SCR, for internal purposes and to comply with any legal requirements. By storing your personal information on a secure server, SCR is able to shorten your checkout process.  All credit card transactions are processed through a secure encrypted connection with our payment gateway service and only the information required to complete transactions is sent. All stored credit card data is encrypted and never viewable by any individual. 
 
Does SCR share my information with anyone?  How does SCR use my email address?  We only use your email address to send you periodic email newsletters with valuable information on current SCR specials and promotions.
 
How can I unsubscribe from your email list?  At the bottom of all broadcast emails is a link to unsubscribe from our email lists.
 
Only with your consent!  You acknowledge that this privacy policy is part of the terms of service and you agree that using this site signifies your assent to SCR's privacy policy.
