This pet friendly, ocean view home features ADA amenities, and eagerly awaits your arrival. As you approach from the back of the home, you'll travel up a gently sloped ramp, to the back porch. Here you'll discover a hot tub, picnic table and BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced, making it perfect for your furry friend. From the back porch you'll walk up the stairs to the Writer's loft. This charming space has a full bath, queen bed, and kitchenette. This space is made for writing, as it has a desk just waiting for you! You need only to look out your windows for inspiration.
Back down on the porch, you'll step inside the 36 inch door (standard throughout the home) to the mud room, with its half-bath, washer and dryer. Into the Kitchen you'll light upon an open floor plan, wood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the latest technology has to offer.... including a 2 stage dishwasher. On the first floor, off the kitchen/dining area, is the first bedroom. This bedroom has 2 twins, and its own bathroom. The bathroom is fully ADA accessible, complete with a roll-in shower. Back out in the dining room, there is a collection of shells gathered from beaches all over the world. There is seating at the table for 8, with 3 more spaces at the bar. As you continue into the living room, stop and take a moment to take in all the beautiful pictures on the walls. This living room has a wood fireplace, flat screen TV and plenty of room to gather the gang!
Explore up the stairs to the media room, stocked full of fun! With games, books, movies, playstation 2, wireless internet, large flat screen TV, and sleeping space for four (2 daybeds with trundles), it's bound to combat any rainy day. Step into the first room, a queen with its own full bath. The second room has a twin/full bunk, and a trundle underneath.
Finally, step out your front door to a view of the ocean and coastal pines. Breathe deep, and take in the sea breeze. The beach access trail is also within sight, as well as the amphitheatre and cafe. The park is only a short walk, and with 2 bicycles in the garage, there's something for everyone at this home.
