The park offers a Bocce Ball Court, and the home has a bocce ball set as well as a croquet ball set. There is a community fireplace with wood provided, and outdoor furniture. The Elk Creek Beach Promenade becomes a forested trail that leads you down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The home also has a spacious, enclosed sun porch, a great place to relax and read your favorite book, or watch the beautiful sunrise over the forest. There are 2 wonderful beach cruiser bikes on the porch, and in the shed there is a BBQ.
The kitchen includes everything you’ll need to cook your favorite meal, just bring the food! From the kitchen you can see the dining room, this way the cook will never miss a beat of the family fun! The dining area will comfortably seat six guests.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace, with wood supplied upon your arrival. The sofa is very comfortable and pulls into a queen sized sleeper, this will accommodate another two of your guests. There is a large screen TV with cable television.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed, with a full bathroom. The other bedroom has a king sized bed, also with a full bathroom. From the king room, you can view the South Alder Park.
