A Shore Thing is just steps away from Seabrook’s most prominent green, Crescent Park. Crescent Park boasts two community fire pits stocked with wood, two full sized Shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, and a kid's play set. In the summertime, volleyball and badminton nets are set up in the park as well. On the edge of the park is a toy bin filled with all sorts of toys for fun in the park!

Seabrook’s family friendly town plan features miles of walking trails that put the Pacific Ocean only a five minute walk away through beautiful old growth forests!

Stepping inside the home you will be greeted by a very warm and comforting beach theme. The first floor features an open floor plan, allowing each member of the family to do something completely different and still spend quality time with each other.

The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, coffeepot, dishes, silverware, and tons more. Just bring the food and you’ll be ready to prepare your favorite meal!

The dining area comfortably seats five guests and is directly between the kitchen and living room; the table works great for playing cards or board games as well. Adjacent to the kitchen and the dining area is the first floor’s half bath.

The living room is very cozy with a 42” flat screen TV, queen sized sofa sleeper and matching love seat, and a CD/DVD entertainment system (with ipod hook ups) to watch your favorite movies. Wireless internet and Cable TV are also included amenities in A Shore Thing.

The upstairs features two comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen bed and an armoire for clothing. The second bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a high back sea grass chair for reading.

Back down the stairs and out the back door leads you directly to the hot tub and outdoor shower. A charcoal BBQ, charcoal chimney, and BBQ utensils await the master chef.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. Those hours are: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Please call Seabrook Cottage Rentals if you have any questions or concerns.
