Welcome to Adeline at Seabrook. This is a beautiful brand new Seabrook home. With five bedrooms, (including the office) in the main house and one in the carriage house, this home will comfortably sleep up to 14 guests.

Step into the home and the beauty around you is astounding! The laundry/mudroom flows into a luxurious back hall where you can put shoes, hang jackets on hooks and set whatever you bring in to keep the kitchen and living room clutter free.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, blender, hand mixer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, French press, and more. The kitchen has a beachy pebble backsplash, solid surface counters and a wood island. A large dining room table will seat up to 10 (12 in a pinch) plus three more at the kitchen island, for large dinners.

The living area has a cozy woodstove, and a comfy seating area for a group to enjoy. The first and second levels have radiant heat in the floors that goes on automatically in the winter. The furnishings are very luxurious throughout this new home.

The second floor has three corner bedrooms of similar size, and one office that can also be used as a bedroom. This allows cross light and cross-ventilation. Two rooms have a queen sized bed, the office has a Queen futon, the third room has two twins. All of the beds are new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. The second floor has two bathrooms, this way no one will have to wait!

On the third floor, there is a family room, or media room. It has comfortable down filled chairs and cozy throw blankets, great for viewing TV. There is also a game table for four and a variety of games and DVDs. There is even a peek of the Olympics out the bathroom window on the third floor! There is another bedroom on the third floor with two twin beds both with trundles. The bed can be converted into a king sized with a bed connecter!

The carriage house is behind the home above the garage. It is beautifully decorated. There is a queen bed, sink, kitchenette, electric teapot, bathroom, small TV, and internet access for a nice getaway.
