Description of Central Park

Central Park is a great retreat for the entire family. This 2005-built home provides everything you need in a modern home. The home and adjacent carriage house will comfortably sleeps 13 with four large bedrooms and 4 ˝ baths. A large wrap-around porch with rocking and Adirondack chairs make this a great place to enjoy the many activities that take place in adjacent Crescent Park or make use of the wireless internet. The park is activity central at Seabrook with two large fire-pits, volleyball and badminton nets, playground equipment for kids, shuffleboard, horseshoes and open space for bocce, football or other activities. Just a short distance on the many walking paths and trails are the general store, café and access to the beautiful beach with two streams flowing into the gently-sloped ocean.

This modern home with classic beach architecture has an open floor plan with the master bedroom and private bath on the main level. Also on the main level is a mudroom, laundry sink, washer/dryer and half bath off the fully equipped kitchen. An expandable dining table seats up to 10 with more seating at the kitchen island. The living area includes a wood burning fireplace, comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a large media room allowing a separate entertainment area. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, extra twin bed, TV and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV. The media room has TV, DVD, VCR two love-seat sized, comfortable sofa-sleepers. A full bath completes the upstairs amenities.

A carriage house above the two car garage includes a queen bed, full size sofa sleeper, bath/shower and mini-kitchen. A hot tub with seating area and a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after hot-tubing or washing off sand from the beach are located between the house and garage. A natural gas-fired BBQ is just outside the kitchen door on the covered porch.
