Welcome to Marlowe Manor w/ Jessie James Hideout at Seabrook! Marlowe Manor is a beautiful 4 bedroom home with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. The beach is just a five minute walk away!


Step into Marlowe Manor and you will be amazed by the beauty of the home. From wood floors, granite countertops, to hand blown glass lighting fixtures, this home is truly amazing! The living room hosts a flat screen TV (with cable), DVD player, DVD movies, wood burning fireplace, luxurious furnishings, and a surround sound system you can plug your iPod into!


Around the corner from the living room, is the dining area. There is seating for 6 at the table, and 3 additional at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of appliances and tools for you to comfortably cook your favorite meal. Some items include: dishwasher, blender, toaster, food processor, martini shaker, wine rack, wine fridge, microwave, flat top cooking range, cutlery, pots and pans, grind and brew coffeemaker, and much more! In the kitchen there is also a iPod docking station, with iPod! There is a ½ bath near the kitchen, and also a utility room with a washer & dryer.


On the second floor you will find a master king suite. The suite has a large patio with full ocean view and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. There is a room with two twins, also with an ocean view. The third room has a queen sized bed. In between the queen and twin room is a full sized bathroom with shower.


The third floor is a perfect hangout for the kids! There is a TV, DVD player, DVDs, ½ bath, and four twin beds. There is also an ocean view from the media room!


Step outside of the home and above the garage is the carriage house, also known as Jessie James Hideout. The Hideout can sleep an additional 4 guests, there is a full sized bed and a twin daybed with trundle. There is also a bathroom in the Hiedout.


In between the carriage house and the main house is a hot tub where you can relax and watch the stars. Around the front of the home is a covered front porch with patio furniture and a full ocean view! What more can you ask for? This home is the perfect location for your upcoming beach retreat! |

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. Those hours are: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Please call Seabrook Cottage Rentals if you have any questions or concerns.
