Uniquely located at the forest edge with the path straight to the beach at your door step, the beautifully decorated Ocean Mist is sure to put you at ease while you relax in the comfort of all the modern amenities available to you. You can sit under the covered front porch on Adirondack chairs sipping your morning coffee and smell the fresh forest air or come back at the end of the day to relax with a glass of wine and listen to the ocean waves in the background. Enjoy soaking in a private 5 person hot tub with a built in recliner while gazing at the stars overhead.

Indoors you will find luxurious furnishings tastefully done with convenience and functionality in mind as well as amenities unique to Ocean Mist. The warmth of the beach is revealed through beautiful oak hardwood flooring and bead board ceilings throughout the downstairs. The open floor plan allows you to keep involved with the rest of your family as you cook in a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything a chef would need to prepare a grand meal. Here you will find granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop and gas oven, ice-maker, dishwasher and plenty of quality pots and pans which come in all sizes. Additional items such as a microwave, coffee maker and bean grinder, blender, Cuisinart, toaster, mixer, utensils, spice rack and wine bottle opener are available for a perfect cooking experience.

The dining area seats six comfortably to enjoy your meals and has plenty of space to pull up an extra seat if needed without sacrificing any elbow room. After your meal, you can clear the table for a board game, cards or other toys found upstairs. The living room has a brick hearth wood burning fireplace, comfy sofa, a swivel club chair and a Rattan chair where you can gather to chat about the day or just veg out in front of the large flat panel TV with cable and watch a DVD or one of the movies found in a cabinet by the TV.

The downstairs master bedroom has a Queen size Simmons Beauty Rest World Class plush mattress which will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. All linens throughout the house are high quality; down comforters are available for every bed. The private bath features heated tiled flooring, granite counter top, spa shower head and a heated bidet toilet seat which is unique to Ocean Mist.

At the top of the staircase, there are several cabinets under granite counter tops which when open, reveal tons of toys, board games and books to entertain all your guests.
The upstairs large King bedroom has the same heavenly mattress as the Master bedroom, a window overlooking the forest and lovely artwork on the walls. The upstairs bath also has the same bathroom features as the queen master bath so you can experience the same level of luxury and pampering. The third bedroom has a nautical décor and is a great place for kids to sleep with a single sturdy bunk bed over a double bed, a flat screen TV, DVD and Xbox (games provided) for entertainment.

Downstairs by the back door there is a charming powder room and a full size washer and dryer for you to use so you can pack lightly knowing you can do laundry if need be. Right out the backdoor, soak in the private hot tub; enjoy an outdoor meal with the gas BBQ grill on the deck, picnic table and a well landscaped fenced in yard that is a mix of native plants, small stone walkway and pavers. Also available is an outdoor heated shower to wash away the beach sand. The garage can house your car; a garage door remote can be found in the house to use during your stay. The two cruiser bikes and beach toys can be found in the garage as well.

After you’ve explored all there is about Ocean Mist, you’ll find plenty to do around Seabrook; with all the amenities of a growing beach town. Walk through beautifully groomed trails through the woods to the ocean for a tranquil stroll, take the kids to the beach to fly a kite or look for sand dollars, head over to one of several parks in Seabrook where you can enjoy volley ball, horseshoes, badminton, bocce ball, basketball, shuffle board or just ride a bike around town to take in the sights and sounds. (Our home comes equipped with 2 cruiser bikes but you can get more as needed just ask in the Seabrook Rental Office.)

If you were looking to venture out beyond Seabrook and see what’s around, there is a casino in Ocean Shores, dune buggy rentals; horseback riding on the beach or you can make your way north to the Tidal Pools or Hoh Rain Forest for some fascinating sights. Rest assured, you will not be wondering what to do next; its great beach and family fun at Ocean Mist in Seabrook.

Although this home does not accept pets the owners do have personal pets that stay in the home.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
