Our Family Beach House is a beautifully decorated cottage home with a contemporary flair located on Crescent Park which offers an Indoor Swimming Pool, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Shuffle Board, Fire Pits which are great for making smores & much much more! The cottage is decorated with an “urban lodge” look, with comfortable designer furnishings and beautiful original artwork and photography throughout.

Bringing the kids? Watch them play at the park and adjacent playground while you relax on the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the wraparound porch (blankets provided!). Everyone will enjoy soaking in the private hot tub, walking the nature trails to the beach and cozying up by the fire.

The gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room flow together, so you don't get stuck missing the fun if you're cooking. Also on the first floor, the master bedroom features a luxury Queen “Heavenly Bed” with down comforter and a full bath with soaker tub.

Located on the second floor are a media room and two more bedrooms and two baths. The media room features a pull-out deep queen sleeper sofa and comfortable recliner. Both bedrooms are delightfully decorated and contain luxury King “Heavenly Beds” with down comforters.

This home is well equipped with so many extras, including high-speed wireless internet access, unlimited U.S. long distance, flat screen cable TV with surround sound and an iPod connection, a library of DVD movies, CDs and books, lots of puzzles, games and beach toys, and two bikes for cruising around town.
