Refelection's gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including gadgets galore, full knife set, and quality appliances including coffee maker, pump-driven espresso maker, conical burr coffee grinder, Kitchenaid stand mixer, toaster, slow cooker, rice cooker/warmer, 1/2 HP blender, mini food processor, French press, tea pot, and even a hot chocolate blender. We also just added a panini maker and a Keurig K-Cup brewer for your enjoyment.

There are plenty of dishes and flatware to go around, as well as a full set of quality cookware. And of course, a microwave, stove, oven with bakeware, and a dishwasher to clean everything up. The living room is outfitted with a leather sofa and recliner, a 40" Sony flat screen complete with surround sound DVD home theater, iPod dock and a touch-screen universal remote to control everything with one click. Enjoy the largest digital and HD cable package available, including digital music channels and parental controls.

Just added this year: A Sony Blu-ray disc player and several movies for you to experience the "wow" factor of high definition. The Blu-ray player also make regular DVDs look better on screen.

A Nintendo Wii console is ready to challenge you with a selection of games including Guitar Hero III with wireless guitar and Wii Fit.

For even more fun, there are two Xbox 360s, one in each bedroom, complete with a selection of games and three wireless controllers.

You'll also find a selection of board games, DVD movies and audio CDs, puzzles, a workout mat with Pilates/Yoga instruction, weights, and a resistance cord set with workout guide. Mission-style furnishings adorn every room, and you’ll have luxuriously comfortable queen beds.

Both bedrooms come equipped with an LCD TV/DVD unit on the largest digital cable package which includes digital music stations and parental controls, and an iPod-docking clock radio.

If you want to stay connected, you’ll have high-speed wireless internet service, as well as unlimited 48-state phone service.

If you have a digital camera or laptop, feel free to use the HP Photosmart printer/scanner/copier to save some memories.

To get the most out of all this equipment, we’ve provided a set of organized, simplified instruction manuals. Don’t waste your time sifting through a drawer of thick manuals or fumbling with something that has no instructions; it’s all spelled out for you.

For outside fun, explore the town on your two cruiser-style bikes. Additional bikes are available to borrow or rent if you need more. Enjoy the park area, outdoor fireplace, and bocce ball court right off the front porch. There’s a no-fuss electric BBQ on the porch, or you can use the charcoal grill just a few steps away in the court area. And when you take to the beach, you'll have beach towels, beach chairs, and even a picnic cooler available (and umbrellas if the unthinkable happens).

This listing shows the location of the house on a map, but don’t get the impression that you’ll be far away from anything. Seabrook is a very compact development, so while Reflection is in a very quiet place next to the forest, it is also a very short walk or bike ride to where the Café, Rentals office, and Pantry are located. Pick up a lunch or a mocha, then head down to the beach just a few minutes away, with breathtaking views along the way.

The Reflection cottage is allergy-friendly, so no pets, sorry.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
