The spacious, covered front porch boasts a table and bench seats, and looks out on the courtyard. In the courtyard you can gather with the friends and family, meet your neighbors, build a fire and even BBQ! Step inside the cottage and you'll be welcomed by the cozy wood stove, nautical decor, flat screen TV and open floor plan. Through the living room is the dining area and kitchen, which is stocked with all the essentials.

In each bedroom you'll find a queen delux mattress beds and the relaxation you're looking for. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, so everyone has thier own space.

This charming cottage welcomes pets, both large and small. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and the park is nearby. Bring your friends and family out to the Sandpiper, and you're sure to have a great time!
