Seastar cottage offers all of the following:

A spacious and luxurious Master Bedroom and Bath conveniently located on the 1st floor.

All bedrooms have their own separate bathrooms.

A covered front porch, with French doors connecting to the kitchen for easy outdoor barbequing and entertaining (gas and gas grill provided).

A paved back patio sunbathing area, with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

A media / game room on the 2nd floor where the kids can shoot Nerf hoops, watch movies on a 50” flatscreen HDTV, Nintendo Wii, play board games (provided) , or (gasp!) read an exciting book (Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew collection provided, among other great books).

A kid friendly house with plenty of toys already stocked: soccerball, football, baseball and gloves, kites, Frisbees, beach toys for the little ones, board games, ping pong table in the garage, a kick scooter, bicycles, and many more toys. We also stock a highchair, a portable crib, and a safety gate for the stairs. Your kids will love this house and so will you!

The first floor living room is warm and comfy, with room for everyone. In the morning, grab a cup of hot coffee and stroll through the French doors to the covered porch where you can enjoy the sunrise and the dawning of a new day. In the evening, you can roll up in front of a warm fire with a bottle of wine and a good book.

The first floor also has a big dining table that seats eight, with room for two more at the kitchen breakfast bar, plus the highchair for your little one. Whether you like getting the entire family together for breakfast, or for supper, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

On the second floor, accompanying the media room, are two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (no need to stand in line). The kids will love the twin over full bunk beds in the kid’s room. The king size bed in the second bedroom provides ample room for those wanting a little more room to stretch out and relax.

There’s plenty to do outdoors during the day, and we’ve stocked the house with everything you need. In addition to the toys mentioned above, we have a beach volley ball set, badminton set, bocci balls, beach towels and chairs, beach shovels, buckets, etc. for the little ones, and several bikes. And at the end of the day, you can come back and relax and unwind in the hot tub for a while.

The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
