Located on Crescent Park with picnic area, fire pits and playground, and the green belt to the beach, Shifting Gears is perfect for families, comfortably accommodating 8 people with 1 king and 2 queen beds in 3 bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, portable crib and 2 ½ baths. In addition the fenced, landscaped back yard includes an outdoor eating area, gas grille, chaise lounges, hot tub and outdoor shower. An abundance of games and books is also provided. We recently added an Xbox with 15 games! The luxuries of this home include the fully equipped, granite countered kitchen that includes every necessary amenity to accommodate a gourmet cook; the beautifully furnished master suite on the main floor, and the upstairs bonus/TV room with 37” TV providing a getaway area for relaxation.
