Our "Sweet Spot".

Close your eyes and imagine… sleeping in - then opening your eyes to enjoy our ocean view through the trees in the distance while lying in bed! Your significant other brings you something to drink and you get to relax. What a great way to begin your little escape. Our "Relax and Have Fun" theme is woven throughout our home's design, furnishings and playthings. Bring your family and friends and enjoy a home that offers something for all ages.

In our large backyard you can sit around our picnic table and enjoy a BBQ'd meal, watch the little ones have one more beach experience playing in our sand box, relax in our hot tub or take a spin around Seabrook on one of our two bikes.

Come inside and enjoy our "great room" design where the kitchen, eating nook and living room/entertainment area all easily flow together. Step into our island kitchen and cook to you heart's content with our gas stove and all the conveniences of home while enjoying great sounds from CD's you bring to play in our Bose Wave CD player and radio.

Having friends over? No problem. Our dining table easily seats 8 and our convertible game table allows for more. Flip that table over for family board or card games or jigsaw puzzles. Can't miss that game? Want to see a movie? Enjoy our HDTV/DVD (with our small, convenient selection of DVD movies) or just sit back and enjoy the warmth and look of our gas fireplace.

Does anyone need some space and a different adventure? Just go upstairs to our video room (and 4th bedroom with sleeper sofa) and enjoy a TV, DVD and Xbox 360 with 4 wireless remote controls. Off that multi-purpose room discover another treasure – our large upper deck that offers an ocean and park view and provides a great little getaway to relax or have a conversation.

Tired yet? Did you bring your parents or another couple? Let them enjoy our master "garden" suite on the main floor that brings the outdoors inside with lots of windows. Enjoy its private bath with a deep, soaking tub. The upstairs second bedroom has a view of Seabrook Avenue and it's own bathroom. The third bedroom is themed in blue with a queen sized bed. Overflowing? Use our queen size, blow-up mattress for a slumber party in the living room. Of course we have a washer and dryer. Need to stay connected, bring your laptop and enjoy wireless connectivity throughout our home.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
