If you’re looking for a place to sleep up to 11 people, we’ve got the place for you! Located near the top of Seabrook Ave, Flagstaff cottage has a beautiful view down Seabrook Ave. with the beach and ocean in the distance. Enjoy the Pacific Ocean’s spectacular sunset from your front porch or relax out on the grass in the front yard. This house is perfect for multiple families and friends to gather.

Flagstaff cottage provides a welcoming and comfortable layout on all three floors. The main floor is very open with a lot of natural light entering through all the windows. The kitchen is fully stocked, along with a dining area that seats eight people comfortably. The dining area opens up into the living room which has a gas fireplace and entertainment center. The laundry room and half bath complete the first floor. The deck in the back yard has a picnic table and a gas BBQ, perfect for afternoon and evening barbecues or a place to relax and read a book in the natural landscape. Above the garage is a carriage house that sleeps two comfortably. This room has a queen size bed, a 32” HDTV and a DVD player.

As you make your way to the second floor, you will find three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the other has a queen. The master bedroom has a TV and a master bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Heading up the third floor, you will find the media/game room. There is something for everyone to enjoy up here! This room consists of a 48” HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player. Two large couches surround the entertainment center. Watch movies, read a book, or enjoy the karaoke machine to discover who has the best voice! There is a full size bathroom and a sleeper sofa on the third floor as well. Don’t forget to look out the window for a spectacular unobstructed view of the ocean.

When staying at the Flagstaff cottage, you are close to everything. Mill 109 Restaurant and Lil’s Pantry are right down the street. Also, the developing retail district is one street over. Rent bikes and ride around town, play on the grass in Crescent Park, build a fire and make smores, or hike on the forest trails surrounding Seabrook. Oh, and don’t forget the beach too!
