Located on the Elk Creek Beach Promenade, its oyster shell path leads you through the old growth forest, over Elk Creek, and onto the beach. The spectacular natural beauty of the Northwest and Pacific Ocean is yours to experience – an ever-changing landscape full of mysteries and discoveries. 

Bronze Mermaid is our family retreat – a place to relax and renew, letting the stresses of the world melt away. This is precious time to connect with each other, laugh and play, take long walks, read books and play games. We love riding bikes through Seabrook, playing horseshoes or Bocce Ball, and making s’mores at the outdoor fireplace in the park just across the street. 

The new indoor Pool House is just across the street at Crescent Park and a wonderful addition to Seabrook. A morning swim or afternoon soak in the oversized spa is a great way to relax after a busy day at the beach. Being so close to the pool provides easy access to this great neighborhood amenity – and lots of fun for the whole family. 

A perfect home for entertaining, the Bronze Mermaid features a great room-styled plan with open gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room with brick fireplace. A grand front porch spans the entire width of the home, complete with comfortable wicker seating making this a perfect place to rest and enjoy the territorial views of the promenade, forest and neighborhood. 

The kitchen has everything you need to impress your friends with your culinary skills. The dining room accommodates 8, and is perfect as a game table once the dishes are cleared away. The living room is warm and welcoming, and furnished in casual elegance befitting a beach house. There’s lots of room for the kids to sit by the fire, play games, and tell stories – even an easel and art supplies if their inner artist is inspired.

The Bronze Mermaid sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The kid’s room is all that, with bunk beds, Playstation 2 with lots of games, flat screen TV, DVD player and movies, even boogie boards and skim boards for the day at the beach. Our guys love it so I’m sure yours will too. The guest room has a queen-sized bed – delivering an amazing night’s sleep (so we’re told by our friends). A TV and VCR provides some nostalgic entertainment with a selection of children’s movies and classic films.

A full bath, 1/2 bath and mudroom with oversized washer and dryer complete the downstairs. The outdoor shower is a blessing after those long walks on the beach –and all that sand! 

Venture upstairs and you’ll find the master suite. A dramatic queen-sized sleigh bed delivers plenty of comfort. A queen futon sleeps two more in the cozy niche. A large walk-in closet provides lots of storage room, plus extra blankets, pillows and other creature comforts. The luxurious en suite bath features tub and shower surround, dual vanities, and linen closet with thick towels and more. Additionally, enjoy your favorite shows on the 42” flat screen TV. Of course, high-speed Internet is provided – but feel free to stow the laptop if you like, and just take a break.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. Those hours are: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Please call Seabrook Cottage Rentals if you have any questions or concerns.
