The Roosevelt is a unique pet-friendly beach camp cottage with everything you need to enjoy your visit to Seabrook and it’s spectacular beach. This gorgeous cabin is light and bright with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The kitchen, living and dining area offers one large open space to allow for time spent together cooking, eating and playing.
The fully equipped kitchen features Marmoleum countertops, alder cabinets and quality stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, range and refrigerator. Kitchen implements abound and include pots and pans, dishes and stemware, coffee maker & grinder, toaster, food processor/blender, waffle maker, bakeware, spices and much more. Just bring your own food!

Relax into the living room's luxurious leather couch to watch your favorite show or a selection of DVDs on the 42" flat screen HDTV. Or curl up in the cozy armchair with a good book or your laptop; the cabin has complimentary high-speed wireless Internet as well as phone service with unlimited national calling. A variety of board and card games are also available.

The main floor master bedroom features an extravagant queen size bed, a clock radio with iPod dock and a generous closet with extra blankets and plenty of space to store belongings during your stay. Head up the ships ladder into the loft to find a cozy full size bed for the kids or another set of guests.

In the bathroom you will find classic tile and fixtures as well as toiletries (soap basics, toilet paper, etc) provided by Seabrook Cottage Rentals. The cabin also has a combination washer & dryer for your convenience.
Outside The Roosevelt's front door is a central campfire area complete with log benches, a charcoal BBQ and wood supplied by Seabrook. Just up the street is a park with a play structure and sport courts. A two block walk takes you to Crescent Park where you'll find community fire pits (with wood), horseshoes, shuffleboard, picnic tables, playground, and lots of fun park toys. During the summer months, the park hosts a volleyball and badminton net. And of course, Seabrook's sensational beach is just minutes away on foot. The Roosevelt even has a picnic basket and beach towels should you decide to go spend the day on the beach.

And let's not forget the dogs! The Roosevelt welcomes your four-legged friend and offers food and water dishes, toys, collars & leashes, treats and a bed to make their stay wonderful as well.
