We feel blessed to share our cozy cottage, Footprints, with you. We have planned an escape from everyday life to a place that harkens back to a time when people sat on their front porch and greeted passersby out for a stroll. The fun, beach décor creates a feeling like you truly are on vacation from your life back home. The fusion of the beach and the sensation of being in a by-gone era make Seabrook magical. Come enjoy all we have to offer and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Footprints was furnished with the idea of people coming together to share time at the beach. It is ideal for different scenarios: 1 family with grandparents/parents/kids - an intergenerational experience; 2 families –share the fun with friends; or 3 couples –each couple has their own bedroom for privacy and roomy common areas for eating and entertainment.

Footprints is situated in Compass Park with a southern exposure front porch and a private, 2nd story deck featuring picturesque territorial views. Drive into the attached garage to unload your gear. The gourmet kitchen is just a few steps away with all of the conveniences of home (you supply the food). The kitchen table comfortably seats 8 for dinner or for playing the selections of games provided.

The living room has a 47” HDTV and DVD/VCR and a selection of movies the whole family will enjoy. Upstairs, the media room also has a 47” HDTV and DVD/VCR for watching movies or playing Nintendo’s Wii (selection of games provided).

For your convenience a powder room is located on the main floor. Also on the main floor, a laundry room with a mud sink and stacked washer and dryer will keep you in clean, dry clothes for the duration of your stay.

On the 2nd floor, Footprints has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, private deck with chairs and spacious master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and shares a colorful bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has a twin over full bunk bed with attached stairs for easy access to the upper bunk. As a bonus, the media room couch folds into a full-sized bed.

Tucked in a corner, right outside the back door is a private hot tub for you to soak away your cares. The covered front porch has Adirondack chairs to relax in and enjoy your tranquil surroundings. For your convenience a gas BBQ grill can be found outside on the kitchen side of the cottage. We hope you will be blessed by your stay at Footprints.
