Crow's Nest Carriage House
Nautical luxury await in the Crow’s Nest. This fantastic one bedroom house has everything you need for a cozy stay at the beach. The main room has a queen sized pullout sofa, a 42" flat screen TV and plenty of games to keep you entertained, even on the rainiest day. The kitchen has plenty of space to prepare a get-away meal, including a fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. The private bedroom has a queen sized bed, piled with down pillows and cozy comforters to keep you warm. The bathroom has a shower, as well as a stacking washer and dryer, so you don’t take all the sand from the beach home with you.

From the moment you see The Lookout as you drive up Meriweather Street, this beautiful house will unfold before you as though it leap from the pages of your favorite coastal magazine. No detail has been left unnoticed in this amazing 3500 square foot beach home.
As you walk up the front steps to the wrap-around front porch you are greeted with class by the nautical luxury that is the signature of The Lookout. The owners worked closely with a premier Northwest designer to achieve the classic coastal feel that is woven through every room of this wonderful home.

The open floor plan of The Lookout makes it a perfect place for large families and groups to gather. The timeless nautical feel that greeted you at the front door continues throughout the house; from the red, white and blue colors to the chrome touches that look like they came from the finest yacht. The living room has 2 large sofas and 2 side chairs, plenty of room to watch the fire or the 47” flat screen TV. The main living area has a wet-bar with sink, plus a Bose wave music player, great for your cds or iPod. The desk that divides the living and dining spaces is a perfect place to set up your laptop and enjoy the home’s wireless internet.

The dining room seats 10 easily, with 4 additional bar stools to accommodate even more hungry guests. The stools also give guests a great place to sit and observe the cooks at work in the incredibly stocked kitchen. No amenity has been forgotten, from the Carrara marble countertops to glasses for toasting every occasion. The Lookout kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a 5 burner propane cooktop, full sized oven and convection microwave. There’s everything from a blender for summer drinks to a coffee pot with heated thermos for those chilly winter mornings.

The Lookout, and the detached carriage house, The Crow’s Nest, can comfortably sleep 18 people. The first floor of The Lookout has a beautifully appointed queen bedroom suite. This room has everything one could need for a relaxing stay at the beach, including luxury linens and 42” flat screen TV. The private master bath has a jetted soaking tub, a marble counter with 2 sinks, as well as a separate shower.

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, including the grand master suite. The Master Suite has an incredible King sized bed, piled high with down comforters and pillows, as well as large night tables and a dresser. Nautical art adorns the walls, and, of course, a 42” TV. The master bath is truly spa-worthy. Carrara marble wraps around the counters and wonderful double-head steam shower. This private bath also has two sinks and a jetted soaking tub. 2 more bedrooms and a full bath are on this floor, giving plenty of room for all guests to sleep comfortably and have their own private space.

The third floor of The Lookout is a kid’s dream, as well as their parent's. 2 fantastic bulk-head style built in beds are the perfect places for your little Captains to sleep. If there are more stow-aways, just pull out the trundle beds and there is room for 4. This room is the best place to hang out in the whole house, with lots to do to entertain everyone in the group. There is a 55" flat screen TV, a Wii game system, and tons of great movies. The "Lookout Room" boasts a large round table, perfect for cards and games, as well as the best view in the house. On a clear day the Olympic Mountains are amazing and a wonderful peak at the Pacific Ocean through the trees. That's why this house is called "The Lookout!" You also have a perfect view of the horseshoe pits and Central Park. The third floor also has a mini fridge, microwave and sink, as well as a bathroom with shower. Guests will find many toys, games, and books available for all ages. The Lookout can provide use of a gate across the stairs, making this a safe place to play, even for the little ones.

Speaking of little ones, they haven't been overlooked! There are two new Pack-and-Play cribs, to keep them cozy and safe all night. There are also two highchairs, so everyone can eat together. 2 washers and dryers (on the main and second floors) help keep the laundry under control.

Once you step outside, you will see that the same attention to detail went into everything on the exterior, as well as the interior. There are almost 390 square feet of covered porches, rocking chairs with padded seats for taking in the view of the park, a large gas grill, as well as a large outdoor dining area. The hot tub seats 8 and there is an outdoor shower, the perfect place to rinse off the sand before warming up in the hot tub!
The garage has enough parking for 2 cars and still has room for the Lookout’s two cruiser bikes. The Lookout is located on Seabrook's Crescent Park which offers an Indoor Swimming Pool, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Shuffle Board, Fire Pits which are great for making smores & much much more!

The Lookout and The Crow's Nest are the perfect places to spend your family vacation. We invite you to come and spend some time living in nautical luxury. And this house is a great place for children with peanut allergies, too! NO peanuts or peanut products are allowed in The Lookout House. The owner's of The Lookout have a young child with a life-threatening peanut allergy, so they kindly ask that you please do not bring any peanuts or peanut butter into the house.

The Lookout House and Crow's Nest will sleep 14 guests for $995 per night plus $160 cleaning fee and a 4 night minimum stay.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
