Level 1:
Large bright gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, island for 3 and table for 8; dining area looking out the French doors to the wrap around deck, picnic table and BBQ. Cook while enjoying the company of your entire family around you, watching the kids play outside. The front door leads you to a covered front porch with Adirondack chairs.
Front loading HE washer and dryer, powder room and utility closet with high chair. The spacious great room features a leather lounge reading chair and ottoman, vast reading library, iPod dock/radio/CD player, gas fireplace, Flat Screen TV/DVD player and comfortable sectional couch.
Oceans Five has a main floor master bedroom with flat screen TV, Queen bed, view of the pool and master bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.

Level 2:
Bedroom with Twin beds – Ready for a slumber party at any given moment. Just add popcorn! Three Twin beds, including a pull out trundle. Additional sleeping is available with the fold out ottoman (small twin), large dresser, and variety of children’s books and toys.
Queen bedroom – Quaint bed and breakfast style four poster bed complete with step stool for a relaxing afternoon with a book.
In the hall you’ll find a full bathroom with shower and large bath and a linen closet.
Master Queen Suite – Spacious beautiful master with calming tones of cream and sea foam green, perfect to escape and a wonderful view will make you not want to leave! Flat screen TV, private bathroom with 2 sinks, large soaking tub and separate shower, also a large walk in closet.

Level 3:
Family game night? Of course, up on the third floor large enough for a game of pool, watching a movie and playing a board game all at the same time. Accommodations for two on the queen platform bed with top floor views. Desk, Bumper Pool game table, games, puzzles and books for kids, sectional couch, large flat screen TV with DVD player and DVD movies, Blu Ray Player, Nintendo Wii with Rockband Guitar, Drums, Controllers, and Wii Games. A beautiful spacious bathroom with shower completes the third level.

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. Those hours are: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Please call Seabrook Cottage Rentals if you have any questions or concerns.
