Add the optional carriage house and 2 additional adults can stay very comfortably, or 4 if you don't mind a little coziness (great for a family with small children). Being a welcoming, warm and well-equipped home, Pacific Breeze Cottage and Carriage House offers all the luxuries and more to make your stay memorable. Without Carriage House: Sleeps 6 • 3 bedrooms • 3.5 bathrooms • Beds: Master King, 2 Queens • Low Season - $195 • Mid Season - $215 • Peak Season - $330 • Holiday Season - $350 With Carriage House: Sleeps 10 • 4 bedrooms • 4.5 bathrooms • Beds: Master King, 3 Queens, Full Size Sofa Sleeper • Low Season - $220 • Mid Season - $240 • Peak Season - $355 • Holiday Season - $375 As you walk through the front door you will find a warm and inviting living room that contains comfortable furniture (great for napping!), a gas fireplace, 36" High Definition TV, HD cable, DVD Player, Bose Wave Radio System (which can connect to your iPod or MP3 player), and if the outdoors is not your cup-of-tea, inside there are numerous games, puzzles, books and movies to enjoy by yourself or with others. From the living room you move into the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a large dining room table to accommodate everyone in your group, and bar stools that allow you sit and chat with the cook. The kitchen is designed for the gourmet cook(s) in your group, or for the active family to create simple stressless meals on-the-go. You will find stainless steel appliances, including a gas cook top and convection oven with a warming drawer, a nearly silent dishwasher, granite countertops and a large stainless steel sink with instant hot water. The kitchen comes fully stocked (including all plates, glasses, utensils and cookware). Next to the kitchen is the mud room, which contains a pantry, half bathroom, a deep sink and full-size washer and dryer. To complete the downstairs, from the living room you enter a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and adjoining spa-like bathroom. The master bathroom is a peaceful sanctuary with a heated and jetted soaking tub, a large walk-in shower with a rain and hand-held shower heads, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom also includes a TV with cable access, DVD player and iPod clock-radio. Moving upstairs, there is a media room for the entire family to enjoy a movie on the 42" High Definition TV with HD cable, DVD player and sound system; or play a spirited game on a Nintendo Wii game system. The media room comes complete with a large assortment of movies (best selection in Seabrook!). To the left and right of the media room you will find two more bedrooms. Each bedroom room contains a queen-size bed, a TV with cable access, DVD player, iPod clock-radio, and the best of all, each bedroom has its own full-bath bathroom. For your little one, Pacific Breeze also provides additional amenities. In the main closet downstairs a "playing or sleeping" play yard, highchair and booster chair are available (please see "Amenities" for size and weight resections). Your dog is also welcome. For your convenience and your dog comfort, and knowing how cumbersome it is to bring a kennel, we have a kennel available that will house up to an 80-85lbs dog. In the house we are also providing a large comfortable bed and blanket for your dog to lie on, and curl up into along with dog treats! Additional guests can stay above the garage in a two room carriage house. The carriage house has a queen size bed in a separate bedroom along with 3/4 bath. The main room includes a full size hideaway sofa bed, electric fire place, TV, Cable access , DVD player, small table to eat or play games on, kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microware, convection oven (to cook your Mill 109 takeout pizza), kitchen accessories and more. Out the back door to the backyard, you will find a Weber gas grill, table and chairs, and a fire pit. On the side of the garage is a "Hot and Cold" outside water faucet. Perfect for giving Fido a bath after a great day on the beach (we are dog friendly!). In the garage, you will find two retro beach cruiser bicycles to pedal around Seabrook or to Mill 109 for an afternoon snack and/or drink.
