This house is located directly on the North Alder Park, and is a short walk from the beach and also the new indoor pool at Crescent Park.  It’s also right next to the outdoor fireplace on N. Alder Park, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or making smores with the family.  Kite Tails and Sand Pails is one of the "best dressed" homes in Seabrook. With original, fresh styling, our home is designed, and furnished, to create the perfect backdrop for your vacation.

The main floor is a flexible, comfortable, and attractive living space.  Relax on the overstuffed sofa and watch the flat screen 42" TV. Choose a movie from the DVD library, or catch your favorite program on the cable TV.  Let your four legged friends stretch out by the free standing gas woodstove.  When it's time to cook, the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking fun again. From breakfast to late night snacks, with seating for all, the family table becomes, once again, the gathering place. 

Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have private bathrooms.  The master bedroom suite has a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV.  The second bedroom features a queen bed and view of North Alder Park.  Additional sleeping is available in the living room on a comfortable queen sofa sleeper.

The carriage house sleeps four additional guests. It has a private bedroom, a large kitchenette, dining table seating 2, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, 37" flat screen TV, bathroom with shower.

In the yard you'll find a large 6 person hot tub for guests to use! 

Kite Tails and Sand Pails is a close walk to the Elk Creek Beach Promenade, which connects with the Elk Creek Trail! You can take this trail to the beach and you'll be there in about five minutes!

You can take the Alder Walk to Crescent Park, and be there in less than two minutes!! Crescent park hosts a the new indoor pool, volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, badminton, tetherball, and two community fire pits with wood provided.
